Vertical Height (H)
For the height of your top. Start by pressing the tape measure under one breast so the edge rests on your rib cage. Go straight up the body and measure up to where the armpit ends or slightly above, depending on your preference. Do not curve the tape measure or press in to the breast. Note:- Keep your arm down for a true reading. |

Rise - Through Legs
When measuring for your rise, wear tight gym leggings. Do not wear underwear or a current bikini. This is the measurement from front to back, through the legs. Start with the tape measure where you would want the front of your pants to sit, as indicated by the arrow. Go through legs. *Note: Do not let the tape measure slip when taking this measurement. Alternately measure with a partner for preciseness. |

To ensure the rise measurement is correct, stand in a partial side stance so that you can just see the top of your glutes. Take the reading from the tape measure that can be seen just popping out of the top of the glutes. As indicated by the arrow.
*Note: Always pull the tape measure taught through the legs with this measurement. |
