Don’t think your order form is when all the choices end. We send images and videos of your chosen fabric and connectors along with crystal options for your suit. Just because you have selected it, doesn’t make it final.
You will see in this step we work closely with you through calls, messages, and design reviews until you’re completely happy with your suit concept. This is where your ideas start taking shape.

Things may feel a little quiet here — and that’s completely normal. During this stage, we’re ordering all the materials, fabrics, connectors, and specialty items needed for your custom suit.
We haven’t forgotten about you. We will always reach out before Step 4 to remind you that your measurement call is coming up. This quiet period is simply the calm before the magic begins.

When you’re 6–8 weeks out from your show date, we take your measurements — either in person or via video call. One of our designers personally guides you through every measurement we need online, or you can visit our studio in Oakville, ON to have them taken with ease, face to face.
Because this is a fully custom suit, we will never let you enter your measurements into our website — we take them with you directly to ensure accuracy and peace of mind.

Once your final payment is complete, your suit is either shipped to you or prepared for pickup, depending on your preference.
